Visit sso.8x8.com and login

Click Admin Console

Click Users on the top left

Click Create User in the top right

Create a new user:

First name PS

Last name Telcom

Email support email address in the image

Username Your Company Name .pstelcom 

Click the three bars on the top left to expand menu options

Expand Roles & Permissions

Click Assignments

To the right of the user PS Telcom, click the pencil to edit

You may ask 8x8 to explain the permissions being allowed to us in order to assist you with your account.

If you are not 100% comfortable, do not proceed

Select the user PS Telcom from the drop down menu

Select Role My8x8 Admin

Select Scope Company

Return to the Admin Console Users screen 

Click the pencil to the right of the PS Telcom user

Select reset password

Call text or email your PS Telcom agent to confirm they have received the activation email
